I am missing 4 entries from the Codex, all in the Collected Gadgets section. The 1st one in the 2nd row, and the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th ones in the 5th row. I have gone through the map twice already, once while beating the game and a second time while searching for these, but I was not able to find them. Does anyone have any hints for finding these entries? Any help is welcome. :)...

I will be nitpicking pretty heavily, so... - some ledges don't permit horizontal movement w/o jumping out of blockage after using the ledge climbing object (first room after tutorial does this on a ledge when going up to the npc) - need a persistant minimap. look to games like dead cells for reference. otherwise I feel like i'm going everywhere blindly because I refuse to go through 3 button presses whenever I want to see the map - no direction at the start to ease in. Hi, I've been trying to go through the Xynexis part, but it's incredebly difficult. I simply can't run away from the 'boulder' and eventually it either crushes me or obscures my view so that the run is unplayable. I did some comparison to the playthrough video that has been uploaded here and took a clip of my game. Imo there's a clear distinction in the game behaviour. I dont know if this is a bug or something but I have every other steam achievement unlocked which I thought would trigger the Resetnas Triumph achievement. What could I be missing if I unlocked literally every other achievement in the game?

After this quest trigger conditions finished, I returned to the hub but accidentally talked to the other dude and not Fred and was unable to complete the quest since Fred disappears (because of this I have no idea what the rewards even were). Then, after going back to the area with the Twin bosses, I somehow triggered the quest again (likely a bug) but clearly still can't finish the quest because... Fred is still no longer there.
