Can't give it positive review because as game it's not good. It's missing some good practice/offline mode. Online part has big problem of matchmaking - it's trying to be realistic and so sometimes you meet vehicle from same era but which is better in all aspects, over all suffers from same problems as any online game - that being possibility to take something overpowered and just beat everyone, someone might say that's just my choise to not play it... but when you see all the time same stuff, it isn't fun.

Additionally game modes are all same (not counting custom missions), for ground battles nothing original, just capture 1, 2 or 3 points... for air battles you have basically deathmatch with possibility to destroy ground targets, rarely capture some base. Naval ships are basically same as ground, just on sea. I'm not going to talk about simulator objectives, as they are better you get dissadvanage of not knowing who is enemy and who is not unless you recognize the vehicle.

So yea, as I can say there are moments you can enjoy and if you don't mind spend hundreds of hours in it (without experience you won't like it), you might enjoy it, but I suggest to avoid this thing unless you really just want to play game with war vehicles.
