As a Deist, I perceive God not as an interventionist deity involved in the daily affairs of humanity, but rather as the prime mover who created the cosmos with all its laws and principles, then allowed it to operate autonomously. This perspective aligns with the belief in a rational and orderly universe, where natural laws govern the unfolding of events without the need for divine interference.

Deism emphasizes the use of reason and observation of the natural world to understand the divine. The intricate complexity and harmony found in nature and the universe serve as compelling evidence of a deliberate and intelligent design. This design, however, is seen as self-sustaining, requiring no ongoing supernatural involvement. The beauty and order observed in the cosmos inspire a sense of awe and reverence towards the creator, fostering a spiritual connection through the appreciation of creation itself.
