If you want to get this game just because you saw the trailers about the Career Mode, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy it.

Career Mode is simply not worth the time - you spend hours grinding and flying and all that just to get to the end of the destination and have a glitch or a bug that causes you to crash. Not only that makes you lose all the time you put into that flight, but also lose all the potential money, lose a massive chunk of reputation, and also you'll need to pay for fixing your aircraft.

If you want to buy it for Free Flight just get MSFS 2020 instead, it's the same, the maps are just more outdated - nothing that cannot be fixed with 3rd party software.

Follow the official forums to see how the Career Mode evolves, avoid till then, it's not worth 80eur.

Graphics are amazing, performance is decent, but the massive amount of bugs, glitches and things that just ruin your experience aren't worth your time or money.

A masterpiece. An absolutely amazing, gorgeous, immersive and fun game. It's so obvious when people make games that they love and not for the sake of it or for money.

Just an amazing game and it's absolutely worth every single penny.

10/10

One of the best RPGs out there. You start as a peasant without even knowing how to hold a sword and you train and work your way up to becoming a full fledged knight and winning tourneys.
The world is amazing looking, towns are diverse and feel alive and the story is rich and well thought, and overall the game makes you forget that you've been playing non stop for the last 5 hours.
10/10.

I don't like playing shooters. I don't enjoy playing shooters.

This game is not a shooter I guess? 11/10 game, highly recommended!

TL; DR: My first Souls-like game, very ruthless and unforgiving at start, but extremely satisfying and (sometimes) forgiving on the long run.

Full review:

Starting off, first 10-20 hours as a Souls first-timer, were absolutely unforgiving, ruthless and straight up bullcr*p (in my mind). Enemies with fast attacks, slow attacks, alternating between them, homing projectiles etc. Everything felt like it worked against me and to kill me. This contributed to something amazing: Nothing beats the feeling of FINALLY killing a boss that I've died to 40 times in a row - I am talking about you, Crucible Knight! I knew i could kill him, and never stopped trying; and the satisfaction I got from killing him was IMMENSE. That was the moment I felt like I finally understood how this game works, and I was correct (partially).

The immense satisfaction factor this game has to offer is absolutely stunning, the world is incredibly large, full of new things to discover, stories to learn, stuff to find and gather, small bosses to defeat, merchants, anything you'd dream about an open world game to have, this game has it.

The storytelling is good, but sometimes hard to follow, the stories themselves are kinda sad (in my experience so far at least), but they are not even remotely compared to a typical "go there, kill that, gather that, come back, go back there etc" quests that you find in most other games. I loved every single quest I did, and never knew how so many hours passed by while doing that.

The replay-ability of Elden Ring is crazy, never experienced anything like this before. When you start a NG+, you get to keep your levels, souls, items, materials, and the discovered points of interest on the map - the more you discover before NG+, the merrier. There are new places I keep discovering even after 100 hours of gameplay, new builds to try out, stories that I could have missed, NPC's that I forgot to talk to and.....the endings, there are known to be at least 6 endings which is CRAZY. I don't even know how to express how many things you can do and how much stuff there is for you to discover.

In conclusion, this game is very close to perfection and I mean it, apart from some obvious optimization problems in very few areas, there are no any other things I didn't like. I got used to the game, I understand how it works now, but hell, I am going to play the ♥♥♥♥ out of this game to find out everything that there is to learn about the lore and world. The start will be very hard for non-souls-veterans, but trust me, your patience will pay off IMMENSELY after you get used to the mechanics.

A well deserved 10/10 for a masterpiece of a game! Well done, FromSoft! Cannot wait for the DLCs!

Easy to learn, very hard to master. Zero pay to win elements. The first and only game I actually have fun in, because of the amount of memes, roleplayers and random stuff that are just too funny.

I definitely recommend this game, just do not take it seriously, try to have fun while also learning on the way.

Short and straight to subject: YES, get this game. In my opinion this is the best indie open-world survival game I've ever played. It looks gorgeous, the amount of content and stuff that you can do is mind blowing, its optimization...over the roof; everything is just incredible and has been done with one thing in mind: making a good game that people will enjoy playing. And they've done an incredible job doing that. Valheim deserves the hype that Cyberpunk had, but never deserved. This game blew up just by being good. Well done developers, well done. *tips hat*

One of the best - if not the actual best MMORPG games out there IMO. There are no pay-to-win things, almost everything is absolutely farm / grind based. And don't get me wrong, farming and / or grinding in this game is the most satisfying and pleasant experience.

The graphics are amazing, the stories are good, most of them are amazing (Clockwork City is my favorite). The amount of content is INSANE, you will never run out of things to do, and I think this is the only "CON" I can think of - ironically, because it can be overwhelming. I stopped playing this game 2-3 times just because I actually didn't know what to do first and wanted to do all, but nonetheless always came back to playing it again and again.

IRL Cash system - Crowns: the Crowns system is absolutely fair: you wanna look cool? you wanna have some nice companions (that do nothing, just follow you and look nice), amazing mounts (that are not superior to the actual first mount you get for free at level 10 - they just look awesome), then you can do that with Crowns (real cash). Also, Crowns are the base currency for buying ESO+ or other DLC's. ESO+ is very much worth it not only because you get access to the crafting bag (stores all your crafting materials - infinite amount - and not filling up your inventory), but also because you get access to ALL DLC'S except the very last one. And that crafting bag is not even game breaking, it's not a must have item to be able to progress. Overall, I think ESO+ is a great way of playing ANYWHERE YOU WANT (except last expansion's area) and it's really worth your money if you want access to an insane amount of content. If you don't want to get ESO+, you can still have an outstanding amount of content that you'll need thousands of hours to complete.

I totally recommend this game to every Elder Scrolls fan out there, who is up for some amazingly fun and unforgettable adventures. Community is friendly, willing to help, there are role-playing guilds, trading guilds etc. Just give it a shot and you won't be disappointed.
