I dont think it should be 9 fps on the lowest settings with a GTX280 (Okay its an old card, but in DX9 it can run Battlefield 4 flawlessly)

edit settings file and try dx9. dunno if it works, but the option is there.

I only have this problem when i fight with other 300-500 troops.. Can't stand that..

i have an oldish graphics card, and it says i get 9fps, but it looks as though it is much better than that
