Major Order Achieved: Operation Darkest Hour

Well done Helldivers. The previously unheard of threat to Managed Democracy known as Sony Entertainment has been pushed back. These freedom hating dissidents attacked us at the lifeblood of Super Earth's Offense, our Helldiver Training and Recruitment Bases in over 100 regions, attempting to prevent our fellow brothers and sisters from spreading Managed Democracy. Additionally, Sony sent in counter-intelligence agents to convince the population of Super Earth and our fellow Helldivers that this was for the security of the galaxy.

A large majority of Helldivers had to be reassigned to this threat, leaving many SEAF operatives and Helldivers fighting the Automatons and Terminids without support, and many lives were lost, but in the end the Helldivers were able to secure enough ground to push back these newly emerged fiends. With precise strikes, measured thought-reassignment, and the support of an internal counter-espionage group encouraging Helldivers to mobilize and supplying directives (Codename "Arrowhead"), all Helldiver recruitment grounds have been reacquired, and the dissidents have made public apologies.

For the time being, only the Automaton and Terminid threats remain, but SEAF Intelligence Operatives will remain active to alert the Helldivers if another threat like this ever emerges again. Super Earth High Command has allocated 15 additional minutes of rest to all Helldivers, before they are ordered to return to the front.

This yes recommendation comes with a huge huge asterisk accompanied with it... That asterisk being that you are okay with a game that essentially, does not feel completed.

The gameplay is fun, the devs are clearly listening to the community about ideas and QOL which is ALWAYS amazing, the artstyle and music is just chefs kiss MWAH, everything about this game is what I wanted, for the most part. But the issue is how quickly it just. Seemed to stop.

The ending to the game is 100% a setup for something more to come, and from what I can tell, that next something is entirely intended to come out. But it's not out. And that is kind of an irk to me, that this game is basically stating "hey I'm fully out and completed" but then not have a satisfying conclusion with the promise of one to come. It would be like if, say Deltarune were to come out, and Toby Fox was like hey guys this is Deltarune out and ready, and then only 6 of the 7 acts were out, and a little text box came up like "Stay tuned for the finale of our hero's great adventures" I'd be like what the heck, yeah I'll stay tuned but that kinda just came out of nowhere. And if the ending that we got was intended to be the full ending, then perhaps there should have been a cutscene not unlike the trailer and intro ones we have seen, to show that like, hey yeah we did it!!

I think the game and the devs deserve all the support they have gotten, and I will totally be excited to see what comes next, but I do not think this should have been touted as a full release. It feels like a 0.9.. Amazing, but just shy of complete.

Early Access Review
This game is has the same feeling and visual aesthetic of going to a laser tag joint at the age of like 18, and just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sprinting and jumping around and tryharding on a bunch of elementary school children who are there for a birthday party trying to have fun.

And honestly it's amazing.

Hilariously it was my girlfriend who got me this game, we are long distance, and neither of us actually knew much about the game. I just kinda wishlisted it long ago cause haha cute dogs and alien airports, and she got it cause just frick it we get gifts for each other so sue us (please dont, legal action scares me). Well, 13 hours later and I am all misty eyed over what was supposed to be a silly little game. Even now typin this out I am gettin all teary eyed. Not gonna get too into detail cause I ain't wanna spoil stuff but heck, this game is gonna last in my brain head for a long while. 10/10, Recommend it forever

Oh and Savi, if you somehow stumble across this review, love ya weirdo. To the end of the universe and back.

Overview: Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo is a 1995 video game and the third of seven adventure games in the Putt-Putt series of games developed and published by Humongous Entertainment. The animation style also changed with this game and becomes much more refined, in contrast to the computer-like style of the past two games. The game was reissued in 1999. On November 15, 2011, the game became the first Humongous Entertainment game to be rereleased for iOS and Google Play. Developed by Nimbus Games Inc. in April 2013, the iOS version of this game released by Atari was discontinued.

Plot: It's the day of the grand opening of the Cartown Zoo. Putt-Putt and his dog drive into to visit Mr. Baldini before attending the ceremonies. After saying hello, Mr. Baldini asks Putt-Putt if he can take some Zoo Chow to Outback Al, the new zookeeper. Putt-Putt agrees and makes his way to the Cartown Zoo. The zoo is still closed and Putt-Putt enters after the front gates are opened by Outback Al.

After Putt-Putt delivers the bag of Zoo Chow, Outback Al mentions that the zoo is in quite a mess and is not ready to be opened. He explains how many of the exhibits still need fixing. On top of that, six baby zoo animals have gone missing. Putt-Putt offers to help by finding the missing animals. Outback Al is relieved and gives Putt-Putt a list of the missing animals: Baby Jambo the elephant, Masai the giraffe, Kenya the lion cub, Zanzibar the hippo, Sammy Seal, and Little Skeeter the snake. Putt-Putt must find these six baby animals and save the zoo.

After all six baby animals are rescued, Outback Al announces the opening of the Cartown Zoo to all the other cars. He even gives Putt-Putt the Junior zookeeper award and allows him to cut the ribbon. The zoo is officially opened for everyone to enjoy.

Gameplay: The game mechanics are almost the same as its prequels including the glove box inventory, horn, radio and accelerator. Putt-Putt can acquire a camera so the player can take pictures of the animals and print them out.
