What is the actual point of holding on to organs? The game seems to literally just be "accept a request, scroll a list, buy an item, fulfill request" en-masse. Why hold on to organs if they're just going to deteriorate and lose value? Nothing seems to ever raise their value. I'm not asking for the game to hold my hand all the way, but it's really just kinda..."lol hope you work it all out" with nothing more said....

Can I skip Hold Upgrades or do they have to be bought consecutively?
