Don't know what to do during a business meeting that just keeps going and going because of 2 people and you are falling asleep? Play this. Music won't wake you up but at least your brain won't fall asleep while you wait for them to stop arguing.

It's a rather relaxing game, no rush whatsoever, you can think all you want (or not at all) while doing something else. Runs well on anything I tried it and while I like having a mouse while playing it (mostly for scroll which rotates tiles), SteamDeck, and gamepad in general, controls are perfectly fine.

Achievements are proper achievements, you'll need to get somewhat good to 100% it but so far I'm having fun. Few of them are pure grind, like getting 5k points in 50 games total. Not hard thing to do, and can be sped up by starting a new game as soon as you hit 5k, but I'll probably leave that for last. Done almost all of them before 20th game.

Time flies while playing this, it's one of those "one more turn games" with which you end up staying up till sunrise. Or having to go to work. :]

They have added various modes and challenges. F.e. Quick Mode, you get 75 tiles and goal is highest score but I like normal mode the most right now, mostly for achievement stuff since some of those that I have left are easier to do after you have spread out your area around.

All in all, fully recommend it if you are a fan of relaxing puzzles where you go and match tile edges as best as you can.

Early Access Review
If you have someone with voicechat to play with, yes. Sure, you can tryhard with anyone good but what the point of that. Treasure was friends we locked out of the ship during eclipse all along.
Get some mods too, r2modman works great, both on Windows and Linux (Nobara/Fedora 40). Personal recommendation: Skinwalkers and some Yippee mod. Don't even remember how Yippee sounds originally, change them here and there. Racist one was fun but isn't updated. Some british wankfest is fun as well. :D

Damage is done but we won. For now.

Keeping old review since it still holds true. More or less. Except buying DLC part. Not gonna do that again after they decided to have PSN connected as mandatory. Just no. There's a reason I stopped getting Ubisoft games anywhere except GOG. Have you tried playing any Assasin's Creed except 1st one without Uplay? Well, good luck with Steam version. Luckily there are other ways to play those, and good AC games are old ones anyway. :[

But this is disgusting behaviour. And I already have PSN account connected to play with a friend on PS5. But it was not mandatory to do it so that was acceptable. No PSN, no crossplay. Perfectly fine. I wonder how SteamCharts graph will look tomorrow after PSN becomes required. Not sure if I can refund it now but I'll try. Principle is principle.

10 hours in, considering buying "DLC" for support once I have time to play more than 3-4 hours a week. :D
Game works and it feels kinda strange after playing a bunch of early access games before this.

Game runs well, some ~95 fps during fights while maxing everything but scaling (left it on ultra) with 5900 and 3070, never crashed but if you have ♥♥♥♥ internet connection, you aren't gonna have fun time playing it.

Crossplay with PS5 works surprisingly well, half the time I played was with a friend who is playing on ps5. I already had PSN account so connecting Steam and PSN accounts in game wasn't much of a problem.

Anyway, will continue playing coz I'm enjoying it a lot. Higher difficulties are more fun and I barely started.

Bought it as support for Bellular YT channel(s) since I spent a lot of time to watch their videos, especially news stuff. Didn't mean to play it until eventually but here I am.
Downloaded it on Steam Deck first, played it there, runs very well though there are some minor bugs which can be workarounded with enabling mouse support and clicking on whatever is bugged and can't be accessed my d-pad/analog stick. Not a Deck issue, it happens on my Windows PC with keyboard (or gamepad), same workaround works. When I get time, will join Discord and see if this bug is noted and if not, make a proper report. 2-3 more minor bugs but nothing that can't be easily workarounded, and at worst, reload the save. As a QAguy, no program is immune to bugs. \_(-.-)_/

About the game, I finished one run (♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and Decorum finished it) and started another. Really hurt when crew started dying. 2nd run so far is going worse, I don't know how I did that. :,] Runs well, isn't resource intensive so it'll run on potato without issues. Keybinds are shown in-game but would be nice to be able to rebind stuff, if there is an option for that I didn't spot it. Didn't look for it either so. Works well with KB+M and DualSense on Windows PC, and Steam Deck.

Music is really good, really sets up the atmosphere for current situation. After playing the game for few hours before sleeping, have been having its soundtrack playing in my dreams. :D I'd say I like it, probably will get it as well, I like having offline music on my phone.

Art looks good, not much to say about it. Works well with game setting and music. I ain't the art guy. :]

Game is about resource management, be it human, time or supplies. It is balanced very well so even if ♥♥♥♥ hits the fan, it doesn't feel like you get sabotaged by the game. Can be harsh but can be forgiving as well. Wish I have more free time these days to play. :(

I fully recommend getting the game and giving it a try. Especially at this price. Thought it'll be 40€ and I would pay that much for this game but since it's 20, hey, even better. As said, will probably get soundtrack and GOG version for offline backup.

Steam asked me for review revision after playing another 200h which is a fair question considering I played maybe 50ish hours before 1st review, gave it a NO and continued to play 4x more. :D

I stand by what I said 1st time. Game as a program, an app, is fully functional. Nothing to say about that. But Yu-Gi-Oh gameplay is a pain to play. So I do something else while "playing" the game. Watch YT, read a book, do some work work, cook a meal, something because sometimes you have nothing to do while your opponents plays for up to 5 minutes. You can have as many handtraps you can fit into a deck but you will get a hand when you can just sit and watch. And it can get frustrating. But all you need to do is not give a flying F about it. Just accept the fate. If you played WoT or LoL or DotA, you know the feeling.

I'll change recommendation to Yes coz after stopping to give a damn, game is fun. Plus I finally got all the cards I needed for Red-Eyes Tax Collector deck so I'm happy (even though part of the engine got banned a month after I finally assembled it but it is what it is). And I'm getting that deck in physical version so me happy. I'll prolly continue playing here and there when there are good gem missions and stuff to stock up on them for building other decks I have in physical version.

TL;DR: App good, YGO meta infuriating but sometimes you f someone up real go, make them rage quit and that's fun. Have a spare hobby to do while playing. Solo is good. Fast. Easy to restart. Fast.

I've decided on no just because I'm really annoyed by almost all duels. They are usually heavily one-sided, take a LOT if time, both because animations are slow, they can't be removed, netcode takes a piss every time phase changes, and players take their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ while. I've literally lost a duel where opponent played first and I lost before I even played. I just sat in my chair and watched as he jerked his virtual ♥♥♥♥ off. Surrendering means you don't get progress on Duel Pass (Battle Pass) so I pretty much wasted 10 minutes while ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ finished the duel. Not fun, AND it took a damn while. If I didn't need cards to play with my IRL friends, I wouldn't even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bother with online duels. Meta is garbage. And timer is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ too long, half it, Konami, make them run for their money. No wonder bots are rampant, for once I approve of botting.

I do like solo duels. They are fun, you get some stuff for winning and if you are stuck, it feels like a decent puzzle with RNG. And duels are order of magnitude faster because bot is a lot faster, surrendering or retrying doesn't ♥♥♥♥ you up in any way or form and, the most important of all, ANIMATIONS ARE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FASTER.

Sole reason I started playing this is that sometimes, it'd be nice to play a duel or two with friends only using cards that we physically own, i.e. have a physical copy of. For example, weather being garbage. Being lazy. OR, not needing to google strange-ass chains and who did what to whom where, MD will sort that for us. At least for now, they are generous with Gems which you (mostly) need for new cards, although you need luck with Packs to get what you need in almost all cases.

Is this Portal 3? No. But it pulls same strings. Teaches a bit about Steam Deck and is fun little introduction to it.

Really useful tool, especially for old(er) games. More often than not works for a given game but there is a list made with tested games, and software, somewhere in this game's Discussions.
Can get it for free by going to developers GitHub page and downloading it from there, this is more of a appreciation gift. Something like that was written by the dev at least long time ago, when I searched for apps that'd do this.

Great and short game (needed some 5h), will make all my friends get it and play it. I'll buy it if they won't. :D
Need few achievements/secrets to figure out but game is worth additional time. EDIT: Took like an hour for them. Worth it.

I have no idea how I got this game but for 1 or 2 €, it's not too much. 5 relatively easy achievements for anyone who isn't modern "game journalist".
