Absolutely amazing game. It's very difficult to mention specifics without spoilers, so I'll keep it vague and general.

Puzzles are not too tough, most should manage to solve them on their own. Some gameplay mechanics may not be obvious but are alluded to in documents or can be figured out by observing how enemies behave. The gameplay overall is pretty damn crisp. There is no loud = scary here, the game gets horror extremely right. There is replay value for at least one more playthrough.

The worldbuilding of this game is absolutely amazing. In terms of what is set up and implied/alluded to in the readable documents and posters, this game has the material to launch an entire franchise.
I particularly enjoyed the mix of cold war tropes with futuristic tech and the interplanetary conflict that is alluded to, not to mention mankind messing with phenomena it doesn't understand, as usual. The Sino-German elements give a GITS-like vibe, mixed with GDR tropes.
