I used to like this game. Its foundation is solid.

Unfortunately, every new patch removes fun, adds ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and just makes me want to uninstall. This isn't a horde shooter, its a ragdoll simulator, and god help you if you actually want to fight anything, because it will punish you for it until you run out of reinforcements. Every balance patch, one of the good weapons or stratagems gets destroyed for no reason. They're even starting to try and be sneaky with it, indicating to me that its not only intentional but won't stop.

I believe Arrowhead is doing their best, but I also believe they're incompetent. They don't know how to make the game fun, and every new patch I'm less confident they want to make it fun.

Best bloons game yet.

I really want to recommend this game, but between the balancing issues (If you don't play in a specific way, you will lose, even on easy), and the fact the game will not save any of your progress, I just can't.

It deserved GOTY.

It took a few years, but it lives up to the original hype - and beyond. Best space exploration game on Steam.

Free to play, full of references, and genuinely fun! Can't recommend enough.
