This is not an easy game to understand, nor it's for everybody. Just like a 3 hour art house movie or a philosophical book, it's not an easy reading, and at times you have to struggle or even push yourself through parts of the game that feel tedious, or to maintain certain routines. But if you can, you'll experience an unforgettable journey exploring human nature, death, and the meaning of human connections.

The gameplay isn't even closely "walking simulator," or rather, it's a very reductive description. The walking parts are mostly hiking, with special challenges traversing the terrain. There's also a good deal of stealth action. For longer trips, there's a variety of vehicles available that allow you to move tonnes of cargo, which is necessary for many assignments.

Every character is perfectly written, with complex motives and a lot of life baggage. Establishing and tightening connections with them makes you learn more about them and their stories, which progress in parallel with yours. Some are happy, some are bittersweet, some are tragic.

This is a masterpiece. And if you can handle it, it's nothing like you have experienced before.
