Great game, horrible community.

You're either going against smurfs, or your teammates have ingested so much lead that their braincells have melted into a hot pot of inbred genetics.

Only recommend this game if you enjoy wasting your time accomplishing nothing.

165 FPS in the open world with maxed settings @ 1440p on a 4080.
50-80 FPS in capitals.
100-120 FPS in towns.

This game brings back my childhood adventures.

If you're on the fence about getting the game because it's in Early Access - the latest update added quite a bit, and my friend group and I put nearly 100 hours into the game (with some AFKing next to farms...).

Get this game if you enjoyed Terraria.

I have put two incredibly long playthroughs into this game. It is a masterpiece. One of my favorite games of all-time.

Do not let the lies about the game sway you on your purchase.

Just play Cyberpunk 2077 instead.

I cannot find a single thing that Starfield does *correctly.* Many have stated this, but this game would have had better potential with:
- 1/20th of the amount of planets
- procedural generation that flags consistencies and stops giving you *the same damn science lab over and over and over and over*
- a reason for the majority of the content such as ships, outposts, armor, and perks

I chose the Bounty Hunter story/past or whatever BGS wants to call it. I thought I'd be able to RP my space pirate dreams. Nope. For all intents and purposes, Bounty Hunting doesn't really exist. There's clear indicators within the game (such as a cell on your ship and non-lethal weapons) that Bounty Hunting may have been more fleshed out but... nope. Game released years too early after a FORCED 8-month delay by Microsoft because the release state of the game was SO bad that Microsoft wouldn't allow it to hit the shelves for almost an additional year.

If you're always playing the "good guy" that's simultaneously the hero but also not recognized by anyone: Starfield is your game. You're not allowed to deviate from the rails that BGS set in place despite previous installments being worshiped for the exploration.

I cannot recommend this game to anyone in any capacity. I almost never write reviews, but this game is trash for 2023. I forced myself to beat the game before moving back to Cyberpunk where it felt like I had leaped into the future.

Hogwarts Legacy has lived up to my hype and expectations. They were a tad unreasonable, yet Hogwarts Legacy didn't leave me feeling bad.

While "Revealo!" is getting old... the rest of the game is fantastic. Hogwarts is a technical masterpiece of an interior, and most likely objectively the best interior in gaming to date.

If you read Harry Potter as a child, and enjoyed Harry Potter at any point in your life: this game is your childhood. Get it.

(re: people trying to 'cancel' the game. You're all apes. This game has trans representation, non-binary text, and so on. Go grandstand somewhere else)
