11 crunchy little eggses/10
the best Middle-Earth game imo

Though I have only >800h of playtime in Steam, I have spent more than 3-4k in this wonderful game - I was one of those unlucky Russian travellers, who joined the global servers only in June 2015, and that's why I have never really managed to get to the cap and experience PVP or new areas such as Gondor or Mordor.
Still I have spent enough time in this game to recommend it to anyone who is somewhat interested in The Lord of The Rings, enjoyed the movies or read any Middle-Earth-related books. You can find everything in this game from 'fighting side by side with an elf' to fishing in Hobbiton and enjoying the view on the Party Tree. From exploring the Gollum's cave in Goblin town (read it as 'the endless labyrinth that will get on your nerves pretty easily') to meeting Tom Bombadil, who will lead you into the Great Barrows (the place when you get to know how hard it is to not die if you don't pay enough attention to the game and the first moment when you start to actually read description of the skills you use) - all of that will help you to get such a great emotions-based experience which is supported by well-written stories to every quest in the game.
Also the devteam tries to add many various things and areas with each big update, though the bags and other technical issues are still there. Moreover they add new mechanics and different quests with involving tales for festivals that only motivates to continue playing it (don't we all agree that completing the same quests for over 10 years can get a bit boring?).
All in all, I would definitely recommend to play this game if you like mmos and are eager to spend many hours witnessing beauty of Middle Earth either alone or with nasty friendses.
