Waldo is an American spy whose identity is unknown to the world. Waldo has been spotted in countless books and many recon missions. He has been spotted in such countries such as England, Spain, and Russia. Throughout the cold war he was an operative seeking out intel, if it was not for Waldo, we would have never obtained the intel that Russia was putting nukes in Cuba. He was awarded a service medal for bravery. He also assisted in the bay of pig's invasion, but the mission went south very quick. Is Waldo really the man that we know? He was pardoned for war crimes by Ronald Reagan in the year 1989. Such atrocities he had gotten away I will spare the details. He left the US and now travels the world helping resistance fighters overthrow governments. By the time the dictators find waldo it is already too late. He assisted in the assassination of Muammar al-Gaddafi to end his regime over the Libyan people. He has quite the track record in the interference of world affairs. Waldo now hides in plain sight; you never quite know when you will spot him but when you do come across him you know its him. He is anywhere and everywhere.
