Is my computer too ♥♥♥♥ for this game?

I have a i5-11400 2.60ghz, 16gb of RAM and a 3060 with 8gb of vram. I lower everything in this game to the lowest settings to the point where everything looks tlike ♥♥♥♥ and still can't get stable 60fps.
Monster hunter world runs much better and looks much better overallm yes it is a older game and not as demanding but a new game should still be able to look OK and run fairly smooth. Dissappinted, definitely refunding.

I do not recommend this game, it is very poorly optimized making it unplayable. I get out 20 fps i some areas making it unfun to fight enemies and traversing the environment. If the game had been better optimized I believe i could have enjoyed it. I refund this game after 1h playtime.
