Hey I love your mods for Skyrim! I have beaten the wolf and tiger but whenever I try to transform it just takes away magicka and nothing changes. I was wondering if there was a way to fix that problem. I have SKSE installed but i wasn't sure what else to do.

Yup. Just install the Fallout Mod Manager. That will enable you to extract the PSC files from the BSA archive.
