Heard the negative reviews were trending lately so I decided to join along.

The bots/cheaters has been a problem plaguing this game for years. Literally spin botting, aimbotting, infinite crit hack, micspamming, you name it all. This is happening on the “infamous” Casual mode. The same mode when it was a disaster on launch during the Meet your Match update, which removed Quickplay.

Considering this game has been around for 17 freaking years I think, Valve needs to wake up and start seeing the problem that has been going around for years. Although I never touched Casual again after its release and frankly don’t plan to even play that unless it probably gets removed or Quickplay returns, I have seen footage and clips of these bots cheating.

It turns out there are people running multiple games of TF2 with virtual machines and they can control their bots and mic spam. How does one enjoy doing this every day and ruin everyone’s day to cheat?

Until the problem doesn’t get fixed anytime soon, I’m sorry but I think this game has lived up its relevancy and should be a calling sign to move on. Unless you play community servers or MvM, the chances of seeing these bots are not so high depending on which server you join.
