Bayonetta on PC was a pipe dream back in 2010 when it was first released; now that dream is a reality. It's a solid port, and it's cheap; there's literally no excuse not to buy this defining masterpiece.

Edit: Played entire series (1-8) before Steam release.

Umineko is, and always will be, the perfect mystery story to me. Don't let the fact that it's a visual novel from Japan put you off; it's not a tiddie tale. It's an undeniably thrilling magical murder mystery that, like its predecessor Higurashi, poses several questions over 4 arcs and then explains them in 4 answer arcs (known as Umineko Chiru). Compared to Higurashi though, Umineko is on a whole other league.

The story deals with mystery, murder, life & death, the occult, magic, choice, love, and even delves so deep as to deal with issues of identity amongst other things I can't mention due to spoilers. It also has some really fantastic music ranging from classical pieces to ♥♥♥♥♥-poppin' EDM(-ish) tracks.

I can't do this story justice with my words; let its own words explain why this story altered my life from the moment I first read it.

P.S. If the artstyle puts you off, try searching around for the PS3 patch (when it comes out for the Steam release), or play it with the original Ryukishi sprites.

10/10 great game would chain-strip entire crowd of people while crossdressing as a maid named Cockerella again

A truly thrilling and epic experience that rivals even the likes of titan-AAA games such as Dark Souls and MGSV: The Phantom Pain.

We are guided through the Frozen story subtly whilst attempting to pry open jewels in a 100% original and unique style of gameplay never before seen on this planet. The controls feel fluid and intuitive, a person who has never seen a computer will know how to control this masterpiece. Lastly, the soundscape is stunning; it truly immerses you in the Arendellian Fjords like no other game can.

To miss out on this generation-defining experience would be folly. Everyone, no matter who they are, should partake in this truly life-changing game.

the best part of this game is when you spend 30 hours on a character only to find out you screwed up your skill path and have to restart

Let's skip the pretense and get to the heart of the matter: do you like mystery novels? Then you need this.

Ryukishi07 is a literary genius, and all of 07th Expansion's works are like masterpieces. You truly do not want to miss out on the experience that is the Higurashi (and Umineko) no Naku Koro ni series.
