Rust is one of my all-time favorite games, based on my personal experience, which includes investing over 2000 hours into the game, I can confidently say that Rust is worth it! This game has undoubtedly become my all-time favorite out of everything in my library of over 300+ games. The experience it offers is truly one of a kind.

Starting with just a rock and a torch, Rust doesn't hold your hand with pointless tutorials or restrict new players with invisible barriers. You're simply thrown into an open and brutal world, where you have to trust your own decisions and instincts. It may seem boring at first, but if you stick with it, give it a few tries, and survive long enough to earn decent gear and build a sanctuary, the experience becomes so much better. This is especially true when playing with friends in the unrestricted and chaotic PvP world. Cleverness is key to winning most fights, but always keep in mind that death is inevitable.

Where Rust really shines is when your crew reaches the big leagues with top-tier weapons and gear. Running around raiding other clans' bases and builds adds an exhilarating dynamic to the game. However, one negative aspect that I cannot ignore in this review is the toxic and treacherous nature of the community. Trust no one! It's unfortunate, but it's important to be aware of this before diving in.

Aside from that, the graphics of the game are really good, with consistent updates constantly adding more options to control your graphical settings down to the tiniest details.

In conclusion, Rust is a superb game with unlimited options for play styles. It offers a true open-world sandbox experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase the game and become a Rust player.
