First time playing, did a Tremere run on the classic version, meaning I didn't include any patches in my gameplay. Though I had some bugs such as weapons dropped by bosses getting beneath the level mesh(and me not being able to pick them up) but none of them caused gameplay damage, working around them was quite possible. Though if you don't want to bother, I suggest you to include the basic patch or plus patch(depending on your liking) in your gameplay.
Got the ''Strauss takes over LaCroix'' ending and as a proud Tremere(:3) was very pleased with it haha. No wonder why this game is being referred to as a cult classic, it indeed is. A seemingly 2004 game caused me to go through so many emotions, it was a delight to play this game. Atmosphere, dialogues, game lore, music etc. everything has met my expectations, and I've yet to play the game with plus patch, surely much more runs to come. 666/10

pre-2021 update : still a masterpiece for me
pre-2022 update : feeling same my dudes
mid-2022 update: did a second run as a Malkavian, included plus patch this time. what can I say, it was a blast of a ride as if it was my first ever time :)

A game with a grim yet captivating storyline. Some annoying gameplay issues were sadly present but great music, on-point atmospheric elements, diverse characters and perfect voice acting overcome any issue I've faced with the game so far so I'd say it's quite a decent game, nothing of revolutionary, but definitely a decent one. Worth the ride, but not the full price. Don't. Ever. Get. This. Game. On. Full. Price. Wait for the sales. 7/10.

As to go over my isssues; this is not the most perfectly executed game, had some major bugs which damaged my storyline progression(eavesdrop not activating properly etc.). This game supports only auto-save, so if you're a save scummer like me it'll be painful to play, which for me it was. Devs are saying this was done deliberetly so that the player would understand the significance of their choices, total BS in my opinion but whatever. It's funny that I have to go through hours upon hours of gameplay(as talking to only one(1) NPC takes approximately 10-15 minutes) just to see what would happen if I'd chosen option A instead of B in a not-so-major dialogue. You can say, aye there's many ready-to-play saves you can use so what's the grip? Well, I don't agree that it is acceptable for game to require me to do such work-arounds, when just instead, a manuel-save system could have been easily implemented. Sigh, I cried enough about that let's move on to the next flaw, where is the mini-map? Why every mob/monster spawn occurs at the same exact location, was it that hard to add some variation? On a ''good doctor run'' it is expected for you to grind xp through mob/monster cleansing and disease curing, which requires you to go through map um... like million times but with the map and spawns lacking any variety it gets like a total pain in the somewhere of your body. Combat is quite repetetive but not as detrimental as some people make it out to be in my opinion. There's a total of 6 main chapters(plus prologue and epilogue) you'd have to play, at times the story would get dull. Some elements could have been written out more in depth, for example the Ascalon club, I expected something very grand but what I got fell very flat. Despite all of this, I'd happily play a sequel if it ever comes out. Hell, I even plan on to do 2 more runs in the game. :p

Toby Fox is a genius(F) and I can't wait to delve myself into Deltarune. [times Flowey wanted to kill me]/10.

I've been bullied into replaying this game as my first gameplay just consisted of me killing Toriel, getting bored right after that and quitting the game. If you've played the game and didn't like it, it was probably just not the right time for you to play it. Sort your stuff out, relax and get into a mood where just a tiny sight of an ''annoying dog'' might give you the feels, as this game is hugely but not mostly all about appreciating such little details.

Up to the Petrified Forest part, everyhting was great. I get it, it's an adventure game(and a very cult-classic one) but the part with the sign and the Glottis' car just killed me. I spent hours upon hours going in and out of the labyrinths only to find out that it was in fact unnecessary. After that I didn't bother to beat the game by myself anymore and got help from walkthroughs whenever I got stuck, becuase as I'd found out that any task could be as tiresome as the part with the sign .
Even though this killed the game a bit for me, it's quite obvious why this is a cult-classic game once you start to play it. The art style, the music, every character being unique and the story-line being nothing near to what one can ever even imagine. The best part is the humor though, this game cracked up quite the jokes, devs knew what they were doing haha.
So in short even with the sad company of a walkthrough, the game is 10/10 worth the ride.

have +130 hours on another account, beat the game back in 2018 and it was not as buggy as it is now. HOW??? it was post-full release and seemingly quite a lot of time has passed since, they had every opportunity to fix most if not all the bugs with updates but now in 2020 I find out that the bugs has just been worsening the entire time? like really? my main issue is; the entire lava zone map is practically unplayable due to some weird shading/lighting bug, it's almost pitch dark in there and as a veteran who has seen how the atmosphere and the looks should have been down there, this is just heart-breaking. Great game, one of my favorites really but the slopiness of bug handling and optimization just gets to me , a 10/10 game in fact but the bugs are just too frusrating, even gameplay damaging at times. sadly a thumbs down :(

10/10
I came across this game while I was searching for some new apps in Appstore a few months ago. S1 E1 was for free so I decided to give it a try. At that time I didn't know that it was supposed to be a full-even-on-PC game, so I wasn't really expecting much out of it. I thought as all the other app games, I would play it for 10 if not 2 minutes and then delete it. As you may guess things had worked out quite the opposite way then I'd expected. I fell in love with it. It was not mediocre at all, very unique and thrilling. I could not stop playing it. And when I finished the episode 1, I was speechless. This was the type of horror, mystery and creepiness I was seeking. Soon enough I learnt that it was a legit game and that the game was also available on Steam.
Though I have not played minisodes yet, I finished all the the main episodes in season 1. Episodes 2,3 and 4 did surely not let me down.
With each episode I would finish, it would get harder and harder for me to tell wich one would be my favorite, as all of them would have something new and mesmerizing to serve.
I'm going to play this game from the start again and again. Though I might have ''finished'' it all of the secrets that the game is holding has not been revealed yet by me. At least that is what steam achievments thing says to me. If the tags of the game suits your game preferances do not wait and wonder. I highly recommend it, and I think you will love it.

(I apologize beforehand for any grammatical mistakes. Thank you for reading.)
