Note: Mind that the game is still in development!

So! I passed 50 hrs of game time so far. At the very beginning I was VERY lost, and ran a little all over the place. Do follow the questline, as it will give you tools to chop trees, mine ore nodes, sickles etc for free. Takes a little getting into, but once you DO start to see the thread...oh man, if the developers stand firm and solid, this game would become brilliant. Alot of people call it a cheap BDO clone. Sure, I can see similarities. But I have too played BDO. Their cash shop was HORRID. In Quinfall, there is no pay to win. Nothing truly game breaking. It is a grind, sure. But are you in a hurry? I keep loosing myself in chopping down trees and earning money, whilst still getting xp to do so!

My verdict? Totally worth a try. Hang in there, and you might get that sudden "wow!" punch in the face that I got.

When I first began to play it, it feels similar to Myth of Empires. But after a few hrs into it, it is clearly a game of its own. So far I play on the Solo version with easier settings to learn the ropes. But even at easier settings, you can get suprised how you can die so fast when a boss manage to stunlock you. Oh yes. Got a personal vendetta with that one! It is survival, it is building, it is companions and pets, everything a survivaholic like me crave and desire. Almost played it 3 days straight now. My friend, do take a look at this game if you are a survival nutter like myself. And do mind the jaguars. Sneaky little bastards...

Spent quite some time in this game when it first released. Had about 5 characters even, spread over the crafts (Which does take quite alot of time to level up). We ended up in a war with a russian guild who rode around each region basicly telling people join us or die. And dying is not always fun in this game. I had once spent over 2 hrs running to where I had to be, ran into these guys, tried to explain my situation, and they just kill me and my 2hrs running was...yeah. The very CORE of the game idea is good, do not get me wrong there. But this, unless there are PURE PvE servers, is a pure war and grief game when you get to the far end of the rope. Wish it was not.

So, where to start? Always the famous words, isnt it?
I am the kind of player that enjoy survival games, building games, you name it. Then add a little action to that, and there we go! You build your camp step by step, I would recommend to set up a farm or similar early as you can sell the passive produce for money at the start. (Personally I got 3 maxed out farms, but hey, I am a maniac!). Take your time in this game is my tip, as if you rush ahead too soon, you might end up in the gutter on one of the boss fights. And always have a proper repairkit or two with you!
Gather, upgrade, clear the maps region by region. And a fun little detail? You have your wanted posters all over the world, and the more you irk the Sheriff, the higher the amount becomes! Love that detail!
It is a indie game, sure. But me personally? I love every step of the way. Played 3 days in a row now, that should say something! (Yes, I am a loon, and I love it! >;D). All my well wishes to the developers and the future work and bugcatching! I personally hope for even more adventures in Sherwood! Pack your bow and arrows, and mind the wine or Friar Tuck will nick it! Lets go!

I would almost dare to say that this game has something for everyone. Nice community? Oh yes. Trolls do exist, but believe me, they are perhaps a 1% of the population at the time of the writing. Dungeons? You got it. Nice looking characters? Check the box there! Anime inspired? Sort of. So if that is NOT your thing and the ONLY reason you do not even consider to try it....well, your loss, I fear! Great story that litterally makes you feel a part of the whole trip. Like playing an interactive book. And if you finish the whooooole thing with fully dried eyes...I got the number to a great psycologist! That said, I, personally, fullheartedly recomend this game! Love to you all! Peace!

You are on a raft. In the middle of nowhere. With nothing but a trusty hook to haul in the debris that comes your way. What do you do with it? Expand the raft! ...And get a spear as fast as you can, cause you need to keep that pesky shark from trying to EAT your raft! Do not worry, however. You will learn to reinforce the edges later, so you can litterally enjoy the ride! If you like building, exploring, some survival elements and fun with friends or just solo, I would wholeheartedly recommend this game. Its alot of fun!

Bought it. Tried it out. Noticing the memory beeing all over the place. I love the concept, just wish it was properly playable without having a PC from NASA. Id recomend to wait and watch this title for future fixes unless you truly have a state of the art PC. I did a refund for now.

I would say that it is a game with the mix of alot of other survival games. It has a little Arc, Atlas, Conan Exiles and more elements in it. If you played any of the games above, or just generally like a survival game, you should try this one out!

Where to start...I got this game the very first day I saw it in early access and followed the team working with it. And they are very dedicated! The game itself is a builder and survival. Two genre I personally love. And it is not a game you finish over night, but the more longrunner kind where you work hard and then can step back and see the wonder of a village that you have created.

I would recomend it to any buildersoul out there to give it a try!

Logged on this morning, and ran outside the gate. Suddenly I stop and look to my left. Was there not supposed to be a forest here? I swear I saw one yesterday! ...I see a tree fall in the far distance. Someone is deffinatly at it!

As a gatherer and crafter, I love that aspect of the game. At the start, it took me maybe 30 min to walk 100m cause of all the things I had to pick up or chop down!

As many games, it has ups and downs. But in this writing moment, it just came out into retail. And sofar, I do love it!
