Another great shootemup from this dev. this time, it features loads of new characters, and also many characters from previous Outside games!

Cute action platformer in which you can throw defeated enemies at other enemies. Some enemies have useful extra effects when thrown. The game is challenging but fair. There are extra new game + modes to keep up the challenge.

Fun game, with some caveats:
The story is incomplete and ends on a cliffhanger. Read the last 4 chapters of the Hobbit or watch the last movie to find out what happens.
Some parts of the book are left out and other scenes added, similar to the movie.
The good parts:
There are a lot of sidequests and additional characters, and the levels gain a lot of replayability because they contain secrets you can only get by bringing back additional characters.

Fun little game for xmastime

This is a good version of this game. Since this game was never ported to GBA, the comparison is the DS version. Grinding is reduced, but there is no additional content. However, because of the flexibility of the job system this FF has some replayability. I prefer the pixel style to chunky DS 3d graphics so overall this version is a thumbs up.

This is pretty true to the original on NES in terms of gameplay, albeit with bugs fixed.
However, it lacks any of the bonus dungeons, items, or enemies that are in the GBA or PSP versions, and therefore is a bit of a ripoff. I think they should have kept those and maybe even added more.

This is a deckbuilder rogue-lite adventure game- but unlike most such games, it utilizes classic 5 card poker hands as part of the mechanics. It's fun.
