Looking at the system requirements, Windows XP and DirectX 10 minimum. DirectX 10 doesn't work for Windows XP. It's only for Vista and up. Maximum for XP is DirectX 9. Just thought I would bring it to your attention.

Seriously, this kind of thing is unacceptable. I CANT get past the stupid ice platforming when the screen cuts to black EVERY SINGLE TIME at random intervals. I know you can explain how and why it happens, and that's DANDY. This doesn't mean leave it alone and say "only 3% of people encounter this" It's bad enough that the "GAME OVER" screen takes an hour to go away, but that I have to sit through it over and over and over and over because of something that isn't even my fault. --------------------------...
