You already know why this game is so low rated, but I'd say personally blizzard support is very hostile and not "supportive".

Edit (4/13/24): I wish I can spend more money on this game on skins and battlepasses but I do not wish to support such a terrible company
Edit (5/5/24): Just went on a 20 game losing streak cause getting your account suspended once puts you in something called Loser Queue. Got suspended for saying the most common swear words.
Edit (7/10/24): New heroes no longer get released with any cosmetics. New cosmetics cost upwards to $80. Content creators don't know how to use their platform to improve the game. This is epic...
Edit (2/2/25): The SBMM is still the worst in the entire gaming market. Haven't spent a single penny since last year.
