After a 28.3h game-play, breaking the OG and the Rizia DLC, I decide to write something for this game. At the first glance and during the first game-play, this game can mind-blow people who possess political, historical, economic and ideological knowledge. Given the fact that Torpor Games is only a indie game-developing company, their work should be appreciated for they actually manage to provide a mental shock to players with only their in-depth texts and budget control mechanics. Yes, Suzerain is not a game like Victoria or Heart of Iron, it has no room for players to control the flow of means of product or command battalions microscopically like what every leaders in 1930s did. But believe me, the texts and budget control mechanic, combined with every possibilities and branch options in this game, are sufficient to make players feel its uniqueness. Texts and options Torpor provides are enough for you to feel you are actually governing the countries that are on their very edge of self-destruction, and you are the governor (president or the King) who can bring the countries from ruins and ashes or who burnt all the things on the ground. They are actually strong enough to let you forget the fact that, you are not as capable as the "will of the state' in paradox's full-of-crap "history simulators".
Nevertheless, it is still a ADV game. If you know all the influential spots in the game, it will be degenerated to a game of its kind. So I strongly recommend every rookie plays their own game and do not check out any walkthroughs in communities, it will destroy your first-time experiences, which are basically the most valuable things in this game. Every Anton's success is built on his previous incarnation (wink, wink).
And the president has spoken, this game is a 9/10!

+ Excellent Graphics (in comparison with the former musou games, especially the Dynasty Warriors 9)
+ Exciting immersive battles
++ The reworked action system is cool and the tactic system is solid
+++ A way better storytelling than every musou games in history

Cons:
- Music still sucks arses
-- Too many gay stuff.

A decent L4D2ish game with a slow update pace. If you are looking for sth to replace your 15yo L4D2 for a short period or you want a breath freshener, this can be your no1 choice.
But how would I rate this game?
If you have a fixed 4 men team, this game is 9 to 9.5 out of 10.
If you do not, you may risk the chance of having stup*d match teammates, from some banana republic you do not know, who has a relatively low Intelligence quotient, does not know the necessity to follow teammates to finish the job, and blames you for his under-performing. In this case, that will only make it a 8.5/10 game.

FFS I do not want to buy a 60usd game to enjoy an insane core 6v6 experience with strict SBMM mechanics, toxic room chats, time-consuming weapon grind, crazier anticheat system, insane inconsistent connecting quality, and visible exp cuts.
Not to mention the effing artificial intelligence arts that cost you 20usd.
It should be damned!
