heelo admin. I would not write such message if I see non critical issue. Explanation goes as follows. I cannot connect to the card on time, internet down whole world. Network has resulted in a sanction. I ask of you and the administration to provide statement and more importantly solution to my hardship. I hope you will help.

Sorry, what I write here.

I get banned, not for the first time for insults, but at the same time I do not violate, and I cannot justify this ban. In the ticket that I created, they wrote the words that I allegedly used, but I'm sure I didn't use them, and I disagree. I have a suspicion that there is a problem with your automatic tracking system, perhaps a transfer, or something else, I have no idea. You can somehow help with solving this problem, without a ticket, or with this delay in response?
