I get banned, not for the first time for insults, but at the same time I do not violate, and I cannot justify this ban. In the ticket that I created, they wrote the words that I allegedly used, but I'm sure I didn't use them, and I disagree. I have a suspicion that there is a problem with your automatic tracking system, perhaps a transfer, or something else, I have no idea.
