Layers, grid option, magic pen, selection tool that lets you fence off your pen/bucket, and animations. There are a lot of great features in this one. The only down side (for some) is the UI look, since it feels very windows 98ish. I see this as a good thing because it makes everything simple, without needless clutter. Rebindable keys for tools makes it even easier.
