I have been a loyal Apex Legends player, but my recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. First and foremost, the decision to allow only one Steam account bind per lifetime is utterly nonsensical. It restricts players' flexibility and creates unnecessary complications.

I encountered a serious issue when my current Steam account got hacked. When I reached out to EA support to try relinking my new Steam account, they informed me that because my account had made purchases, it was impossible to relink to a new Steam account. This policy is baffling. Why should purchasing something prevent me from transferring my account? It punishes players who have invested in the game and leaves them vulnerable if their account is compromised.

Furthermore, the collaboration skins are incredibly disappointing. Not only do they look terrible, but they are also outrageously overpriced. It's hard to justify spending so much money on skins that fail to meet basic aesthetic expectations.

EA's recent attempt to make the battle pass purchasable only with real money is another glaring issue. This move is a blatant cash grab and alienates players who prefer not to spend additional money on in-game content.

To make matters worse, the game is plagued with hackers, especially those using auto-aim features. This severely disrupts the gaming experience and makes it difficult to enjoy the game competitively. Now, my shadow-banned account takes 50 minutes to find a match, which makes playing the game nearly impossible.

Overall, these issues have significantly tarnished the Apex Legends experience. EA needs to address these problems promptly if they hope to maintain a loyal player base.
