cant recommend currently, kind of a strange thing to release without the campaign I feel like, mechanics are cool AI are cool environment is good and its hard core, but there's really not much to do in it currently. I'd wait for the campaign to buy, if not itll be a 40 dollar game sitting in your library until the campaign releases.

Game is good, city is stunning, but the bugs can remove the immersion. Frames tend to be unstable at best when going through the city, in mission areas they tend to stay quite stable. NPCs are diverse models but they will perform the same action hundreds of times. It lacks in some areas but delivers in gameplay. Maybe wait to buy it until they fix the bugs, not game breaking but annoying.
