The game looks and plays much like a flash game from 'yester-year'... Sadly, the gameplay is expended in no time flat and other than an initial 'wow factor' the game does not offer much in the way of replayability.
It does not feel worth the current value, however you could quickly expend all the gameplay in a 'lets-play' video
The explicit content is short and does not have any replayability.

A satisfying horror game that has aged well! Well deserving of the following it has achieved and even with a few bugs here and there, the game is enjoyable and surprisingly horrific in places.
I highly encourage lovers of (non-western) horror and supernatural fans alike to have a go at this and to spread the love.

(For those who want more than just this, check the trailer that shows all the 'extras' like the comic and movie!)

The gameplay is simple to get the hang of and you can quickly find what works for you... but it'll take hours to master and to really get the most out of the game!

Although it seems simple (and compared to the similarly-titled game by the same crew, it certainly is) but it's got a cracking soundtrack, short and punchy levels and amazing co-op action that starts local and can go online.

A lot of fun with some good guides and a little bit of randomisation to stop the levels being the same if you accidentally blow away a hostage with that itchy trigger finger o yours!

Full of unexpected (and totally unexpected) jump-scares!
However, as someone who feels flashing an unrelated image on the screen with an accompanying orchestral hit a sign that the game designers couldn't actually figure a way to include anything scary, I was not impressed.
Jump-scares are the pathetic crutch of "boring game, but now it's a horror because we surprised you!" and this game has plenty

Sure, candles, light, spooky woods... Any of that could have been a really good main mechanic if it didn't boil down to- BOOM! Jumpscare. Hah, still playing though. You're not dead. So carry on walking through a totally uneventful area.

Where to begin... Supraland has the puzzles of Portal, the childishness of a kid and the solid gameplay of someone who knows how tenacious a real player is going to be when asking "I wonder what's on top of the map..."

References abounds to countless pop culture sources and all of them done charmingly and without forcing.

I've played this for about thirty five hours and honestly, I'm just hoping that there's more DLC, sequels and all kinds of similar things to enjoy because I've been hooked from the moment it started!

The base game has some amazing edge of seat action, more puzzles than I care to remember (Some of them, I think I may have snuck through a little early) and the storyline is innocent enough to have been cooked up in the mind of a child as he plays in his sand-box...
Honestly, I got nostalgic for the days back at my dads with a bucket of sand and a bunch of toy cars (that really didn't drive well once they'd been buried a few times haha!) after playing this. It felt like the kind of thing I used to do!
There's not much I can say that you can't glean from looking at gameplay videos and the trailers, but if you liked Portal, this will be a good second!

DLC1: Crash isn't anywhere near as long as the main game, nor is it quite as satisfying, but it is a good laugh and I felt it was worth the purchase to get more of that Supraland action.
Changing your loadout entirely so you don't need to even play the 'base game' to appreciate it, I enjoyed the DLC's new take on things and expansion on the world.

Ok, I was on the fence and starting to come around to the game. Starting to get into the swing of it, prepared to overlook janky controls and the annoying over-narration, starting to get to grips with no two puzzles being similar, or seeming to make much sense, I was even prepared to overlook the random 'find eight ghosts of the item you're looking for that have been 'sneezed' over this scene like a hidden object scene from a toilet bowl...

Right up until "To be continued..."
So, the game isn't finished, the click-boxes for things don't always line up that well and storyline seems to be 'I fell down a hole... then things stopped making sense!'.

Sure, the puzzles are clever and I'm a little over-puzzled in my time, so the fact I didn't instantly go 'oooh, it's one of these' to each of them shows that this is the best aspect of the game.
The art is appealing, yes. It seems a little... hard to tell what you can interact with though. A lot like the artifex mundi games of low-rez days.
The voice acting, great! Really nothing to complain about there. It sounds good and solid and the music also deserves a good nod for credit.
The 'solid' storyline however is made of either mud or soap: It may be "a solid", but if you drop it, then it's gone. If you handle it too much, it falls apart. if you leave it in the rain, it's gone.
The 'twists' make it sound like there's more than one, unless you do a LOT of extra work as a player and decide you want to start guessing at everything...

Honestly, it's a great start. but a great start that needs to be fleshed out and maybe take a step back and re-examine the gameplay. It plays like a 'hidden object' game. First-person view and a lot of 'here's a slot for only this specific item'... but it's missing the hidden object puzzles that usually give those games the extra play-time!
I beat the whole thing in just over an hour and a half and I even had time to get up, go make a cuppa, answer the door and forget it was running!

Short and with a storyline I could write on a post-it with pretty big hand-writing. The puzzles just seem arbitrary at this point and the closer I got to the end, the less sense it made that they were there at all!

An interesting mix of horror, escape room and almost hidden-object level of sharp clues.
Worth a play, but be warned, it's easy to get stuck through reasons that aren't entirely your fault.

The game's clues are sometimes punishing to the point of being unfair, but it IS solvable and even boasts a wide selection of different endings depending on your choices (which are nice and obvious choices, rather than 'oops, i clicked a thing five rooms back')

When me and my friends grabbed this, our first thoughts were "oh, 'among Us' with better graphics?"
One game later, it's more like "STARSHIP TROOPERS WITH SHAPESHIFTERS!" with at least 50% as much screaming, blood and unloading into enemies only to watch them turn into breakdancing corpses...

For a free game, this has a LOT of value. Not only does it feel like you're going to enjoy it, it also doesn't 'gate away' any of the gameplay. You can play a total singleplayer campaign (or PVE with your friends) as well as the immersive multiplayer.
The only thing you really progress with are perks and cosmetics. Something I'm looking forward to enjoying as I play more.

I'm impressed that there are so many intergrations with other games, but that just adds value to the experience.
Honestly, worth a play. I'm planning on buying some cosmetics when I get deeply into the game and in the meantime, I'll see you in the lobby!

A fine point-and-click with a surprisingly easy-to-grasp deep concept beneath.

Despite the main character being a 10-year old girl, things get TWISTED!
I won't ruin the story, because it's fascinating and engaging. Plus, the child-like understanding of 'oh, that's a head. I wonder why it is smiling so much' without even worrying that it's a severed human head mounted on a tree or something...

NOT safe for kids or people of a nervous disposition and with a marvelous atmosphere throughout. Plus more than a little 'who dunnit' going on.
A similar feeling to Pans Labyrinth in that you wonder how much of this is real and how much is merely an escape from reality.

Managed to 100% it in 10 hours, despite getting pretty stuck in a few places (as I do in all point-and-click games at some point) but well worth a play if you're looking for some psychological horror at it's finest!

'point and click' is a little misleading... This is a 'locked box' game and a darned good one!
The only down-side to it is that it is 'the first part' of several others. Worth grabbing on sale and very much worth a play.

The puzzles were fair and some were quite well hidden, but none were particularly unintuitive.
Length wise, expect to spend a little over two hours on this and the price rather reflects that. However the storyline is quite reminiscent of Lovecraft and other similar mental ilk and leaves you hungry for more, despite the surprising journey this will lead you on.
