This Review Has Spoilers!

This is my personal review from my recent experience of Spirit Of The North.

This is a very lovely, and stunning game to play on the PC.
There are a few pros and cons about the experience I had.

Pros: The graphics are stunning, landscapes are beautiful.
The main character (The fox) Is equally as beautiful, as long as you keep the camera far enough away. He still looks good, just the way the fur is looks a bit outta place.
The story was wonderful to experience, the puzzles were interesting and fun.
Is a bit short.. But sometimes short is a good thing.
Music is soothing, calm and relaxing.. cut out on me once, but never did after that.
My chat and I had tons of fun playing, watching and talking about this game.

Cons: The main con I have to point out.. I feel left out of parts of the story, mostly the how and why. From what I gathered, the female spirit lost her mate/partner, somehow, and this lead to the end of humanity in the whole area?.. Okay.
So you and this female spirit join together ontop of a mountain to stop this red chaotic energy spilling out causing more bad red things.. Cool.. But supposedly before the humans were taking care of the foxes on the mountain, who is going to look after their bodies now?....
These gaps in the story keep me up at night in deep thought.., sorry about that haha.
Controlling the fox in a small space is near impossible, you either jump in place, or move pretty quickly.
I forgot that I had the spirit form ability once or twice.
I'm pretty sure I glitched though a puzzle once, as the solution online wasn't what I did at all.
Needs to be mentioned again, the story keeps me up at night wondering about how and why about particular things :P


All In All I absolutely love this game, My chat loved the game, I've almost completed the whole thing, just have 2 achievements left at this point. I would recommend this game to anyone who needs something calm and chill to play for a little while.
