Aside from all the comparisons, I'm an avid lover of PZ. That being said, I find this game more suited to me being able to enjoy that sweet sweet endorphin hit of survival gameplay without the micro-managing and UI-Gymnastics that I've grown accustomed to. The seasonal changes are a nice touch, along with the pinpoint aiming system in the game. It took me roughly 2 hours to get the feel of the camera, crafting, and combat, but after it all clicked, I'm having an absolute blast. Highly recommend picking this up, even in early access. And I love the bow gameplay. Haven't played coop yet, but hoping to get my friends into the game.

For those of you who have been with Bethesda since Arena, since Daggerfall, since the many endeavors over the years, you know what you like. You know what brings you into this fold. Solid game, came into it with zero expectations, only to see what it was all about, having heard "Skyrim in Space", "Fallout in Space", etc. It's everything. Is it uber-game of the year? No. is it BG3? No. Is it No Man's Sky? No. NO (seriously, if folks are trying to lump it into the same genre, go touch grass, get your head checked, or...just ask someone for a hug). It's Starfield. Judge with your eyes, do your own observations, and go from there, and not with what is apparently the "in" thing to do now, of just hate-mongering in pitiful attempts for attention (Looking at you, youtube content creators) or otherwise comparing the game to other games.

Am I just drooling over the game? No. Do I wish I had some things in the game that would make it better? Heck yeah, but I didn't code/develop/fund/brainstorm this game, so some of the things people want, well, we'll have to wait for modders. It's ok.

Buy/WaitforSale/Don'tBuy?: Definitely buy (IMO), but make sure you read/watch up on it first, make sure it's your cup of tea, and it saves us from reading reviews about how it wasn't NMS 2.5 or "ERMGHERD WHY NO HORSE 2 RIDE ON MOON BAD GAME" Please. Just don't. And if you get it, enjoy your adventure.

PS- Stealth sucks, but doesn't suck. It's an enigma. Stealth Archer is alive and well.

i'm biased, I love everything hitman. That being said, this game is a literal cornucopia of our favorite Mr. Clean. The game can be hard sometimes, but 99.9% of the deaths I suffered were from my own mistakes, and I've made it a personal mission to complete SA on everything, while going in blind. It's tons of fun. A big shoutout to Donny for rekindling my love for the series.

Chasing a murderer, every clue getting me one step closer, cops are no help, have to show this scumbag some street justice, figured out where he lived and worked, waiting for him in the pouring rain, the roar of the city swirling around me with the fog and mist, rain dripping off my fedora, slowly breathing, I hear him coming....and then I wake up in the hospital, someone shot me in the head. 22/10, will have a hobo interfere with my street justice again.

When a game forces you to be a pervy photographer just to beat up another photographer...it gets a gold star....I covered wars, you know...

After putting in a few hours and a few lengthy game sessions, I can say I enjoy this game immensely, a real step up from the predecessor. It feels slow at first, but as you begin to get into it, you realize all the little tweaks and major overhauls of the game shape up to make for a great experience. My only complaint is when questing, I get sidetracked, like, rushing to a fire with a hose, but stopping for a bite first. Then back to it, oh, piece of candy!....time to finish this ques....ooooh, piece of candy!

This game is nothing but fun, phenomenal, and mind blowing. The amount of detail shows how much affection the Dev put into it, can't wait to see how it shapes up.

The weapons feel good, the locomotion feels good. Stabbing myself in the face while trying to eat canned beef, not so good, but hey, tater tomater.

Great game, highly recommend, the content is excellent.

Loving every iteration of it!
