I would rather fail one thousand times facing those superior, than win one thousand times facing those inferior.

The "Why Did I Die?" check list to ask yourself...
-Did I aim at head level?
-Did I spray when it was more practical to burst fire?
-Did I make sure to reload?
-Did I reload behind cover?
-Did I reload when I should have switched to my sidearm?
-Did I attempt to use my knife at an unnecessary moment?
-Did I camp in obvious spots that are popular for said camping?
-Did I stand still when I should have been side stepping?
-Did I pay attention to radar?
-Did I get spotted and in turn; get flanked by another player who saw my blip on radar?
-Did I leave evidence of my presence? i.e. bodies, broken windows.
-Did I make a sound? i.e. gunfire, running, jumping, reloading, scoping?
-Did I engage a sniper at long range with a short range gun?
