ATTENTION ALL HELLDIVERS

The Automatons have taken over Sony Headquarters, as a result they have recently made a decision to actively reduce our numbers by requiring "linking" (Sending Military Secrets) with their "Playstation Network" (Intel Collection Network) in order for our "Safety and Security" (Un-Democratic) and making it mandatory (Un-Liberty Like) by May 6th, 2024, Super Earth Time.

The Ministry of Truth has requested that this un-democratic behaviour CEASE immediately and has declared it a threat to Managed Democracy.

All Helldivers must put an end to this tyranny (in game).

Staple of arcade racing games, it absolutely blows my mind that a Unity game like this put's Forza Horizon's physics and handling to SHAME given how much more realism-based the FH series claims to be. The camera, despite being what sets the game apart from the rest of it's competition is the main limiting factor holding it back from surpassing it's competition. I would love to see a sequel with a traditional chase camera, even if it's just an option. Can't recommend this more to anyone with an interest in racing or motorsport, even if you aren't into rally itself.

Very fun game, a perfectionist's wet dream and nightmare at the same time. That being said the top down element is executed REALLY poorly and could be improved, even tilting the camera 45 degrees and fixing it to see in front of you much more clearly would be a drastic improvement to the game. Had a blast playing but I'm going to refund as the camera is just not something I can personally get past.

8/10 vehicle customization and personalization

Cons:
Grindy as hell in the mid game
Problems with softlocks/crashes
Inconsistent physics

as someone who personally isn't a huge fan of the main story I'm not going to comment too much on it as I don't like it but don't have any constructive criticisms about it, this review will moreso be focused on the free build side of the game:

PROS:
- fun to mess around in
- smooth gameplay when it works
- overall decent enough graphics

CONS:
- Riddled with bugs and glitches
- as of recent I have been having stability problems with the game but this could just be a "me thing"
- I don't find this game fun to play for longer periods of time, but more of a short burst type of playthrough
