Report a translation problem
The (far) more complicated approach is to get the public model Disaccord Noob provided, import the .fbx into blender, figure out how to make it work by either yourself (a pain) or geting it to work with the Cats plug-in (little less pain, but still the hardest part), export it back into a .fbx, import it to Unity, assign the correct Bones and assign and tweak Dynamic Bones which you need to buy.
All to find out those three vertices weren't weighted properly and do it all again.
As VRChat currently is, there's no real way to share Avatars besides pedestals, sorry.
