It's probably the best game ever made. Define answer is, take it slow. Don't rush this one and take it in like an old western movie. It's designed to be played as a RPG, many people play it for the mission to mission thing, you can, but you will miss an adventure... It's pacing is on purpose, it is full of it.

Fully sick

Terrible game, online is the only thing keeping this garbage alive and even that is crawling with micro penis power trippers with access to mods in an online game. Mods that can send screeches through your speakers, harass your character and outright crash your game if they want. The peeps at rockstar, not one ♥♥♥♥ given.
