(TLDR) -game was bad, now its good! buy it. play it. love it. forgive it for the past.-

This is an edit to my original review of the game.

this game was a scam... "was" but is no longer. the developers sold a bridge and everyone bought it, then they got caught doing it. if that happened today nothing would be done about it. people would move on to the next big thing and the devs would cash their check. thankfully there was still some integrity in game development pre 2020.

people rebelled the devs were blacklisted and decided that it was in their best interest to fix the game. now today, the game is actually quite nice to play. many core game features that make a good game have been added. and the devs have made more free updates than any dev that i know of in the current game community.

the game is fun hands down nothing else needs to be said about that. the conversation that we need to have is, why these devs decided it was in their interest to fix their game, and how we can get other game studios back to that way of thinking in the future?

I dont write negative reveiws very offten.

this game is a huge time sink that will result in nothing but grinding. it will punish you for hours of work with no reward and no point. i enjoyed the first 30 ish hours, but then i was just doing the same things over and over again. i have played well over a few thousand hours of minecraft which some might consider a repetative game (and it is), but at least in that game what you build is uniqe and only held back by your creativity. every thing in this game is the same... infinately... again... and again... with minute barely noticible differences.

dont take my word for it... watch a lets play.... youtube the end (you wont spoil much)... google it...

(i wanted to love this game, and i hope future updates inprove it. i will check back as they roll out and update this review if my opinion changes)
