Combat is buggy and harvesting kills is a nightmare as they can be stolen by other plays so easily. Weapon mastery, skills and crafting are amazing but overall, it's nothing special as a game.

It's pretty decent and with the graphics up on full (If you're card can take it) it looks beautiful and you really get a sense of it being the end of the world. BUT, and this is a concerning 'but' for me, you pay £15 for early access AND they have already made micro transactions available. Transactions that can drop shotguns, ammo and food which in a PvP server will give you an edge. Making this a borderline pay to win game. Of course you can always go on a PvE server and just base build and relax but i feel to get the real experience of having every man/woman for themselves and making those new found friends and alliances feel extra special, you need to play on PvP and learn to fear everything. Overall i would recommend playing this game if you like survival horrors but don't forget it is buggy as it is in early access, you can find weapons and ammo around (Just its quite hard to find and retain them on a PvP server with no friends) so you don't HAVE to buy the air drops.
