US Navy veteran, 1987 to 1995. Anti-submarine warfare operator; SAR and combat SAR; aircraft carrier helicopter (SH-3H Sea King) crewman (see the web link below). Later in my career, I consulted for a Navy Expeditionary Mobile Inshore Under-sea Warfare unit (MIUW). I wasn't a SEAL but I received some of my training from SEAL teams 2 and 5.

I officially depolyed 6 times. Valkyrie was my squadron's call sign. I tended to fly in 612, an aircraft I was especially fond of. Hence, my aircraft call-sign was "Valkyrie 612". My personal call-sign was "Rain Man". I am also a member of the American Legion, Post 135.

This is fun, but these are still only games. There is no reset button in real life, boys and girls. So, let's be good sports, have fun, and be safe.
