Game is not done as of 19-03-2024.
So wouldn't recommend buying it till they fix the game.

Mechabellum is a great auto-battler game, still early access(While writing this review), but has tons of potential to become a wonderful auto-battler for those who crave those kind of games.

Would definitely recommend checking it out.

Great game!

The main game you play through gives you lots of meaningful options that allows you to cater your personal build to something you enjoy playing while you slay well made encounters with fun mechanics.
And once you get through the game there is a roguelike mode in the game which is tons of fun.

Can definitely recommend.

Hope they keep expanding the game.

I brought this with slim to no expectations at all, brought it only because of the title and it being a 10$ game, so i had hopes of maybe getting in 1-2hours of fun.

But it was actually a pleasant surprise, it had waay more content than i had hoped for, it was actually really fun and challenging.

Stats do seem a little bit pointless though, picking the right counter to the enemy team seems to matter waaaaay more honestly, as it should ofc, but stats just seem to make slim to no difference at all.

What i really think would make this game take off is if the developers ends up making multiplayer.
With ranked matchmaking & customizable tournaments where players can duke it out against each other.
+ more champion/heroes that counter each other, would make this "Ban & pick to counter" type moba manager a really cool thing.

In the multiplayer part of the game you could even straight up remove the manager part of the game and stats from players to make it into a "MOBA Ban/Pick a counter" type tournament arena, with both ranked seasons where you balance and add new heroes between each season.
And then a customizable tournament mode people can join aswell.

(The next big genre maybe?)


Maybe even with rankings/ladder/Elo system or something.
Something that shows your rank on your team/Profile.
That would be freakishly amazing!

Anyways i can definitely recommend this game, specially for the 10$ it goes for now.

Seems like a good city builder game with lots of potential depending on how the development continues here in early access.

There are bugs and stuff not working in the game, but that is to be expected here in early access.

The game is developed by one man, and he seems very active on his discord and seems to take feedback and notice bug reports.

I'm positive. :)
