I admire Funcom's (developer) effort with this experimental take on the genre but If you're looking for pure horror, maybe go elsewhere. The creepy looking park isn't going to wow anyone from a visual standpoint, but the effects involved are cool-looking and did scare me a couple of times. The story was interesting but hoped for more!

Why you should buy it on sale? Because its just too short, less than 2 hours...and for the full price it's just not worth it!

About the game

Game Corp DX is a game where you build a game studio from scratch, than make and publish games. At first you start with small projects but as you play and hire more people the projects get bigger. You choose the name of each project, the scale of the project, and also its genre.

My opinion

Bought this game for a few cents and I was surprised how addicted the game can get...well it was addicted for 5 hours:) thats how long it took me to finish the game with all of the achievements! Just the fact that I published Half-Life 3 before Valve did, made me happy and well worth the purchase:)

A short black and white game with shades of gray where you play as a young boy. You wake up in a forest not knowing who you are and where you are! But you soon find out you are in a hostile place. As you walk slowly through the forrest, you need to overcome traps and obstacles that are similar to that of a child's' nightmare. You will die a lot in this game becouse puzzles get more and more challenging!

You will finish the game in 3 hours so make sure you buy it on sale! I dont think this game is worth the full price!

This is the father of all first person stealth games and its goal is not to engage in combat as in many other FPS, but to avoid it and act as a true thief! The sounds your character makes, makes you think about your every step if you don't wanna get caught and the light system which is one of the main point of the game is perfectly done. Levels are massive, and for a game like this, it is perfect.Hide in the shadows to avoid enemies or take them down when necessary. Sneaking at the patrolling guards is really thrilling and sometimes funny when you listen to them talking to themselves :)

I recommend downloading a HD patch! The game looks pretty bad by today's standards. With the HD mod, however, it looks positively gorgeous!

The main reason I liked this game is...
Early in the game you pair up with a ghost named Hoji, who supplies Lo Wang with mystic powers. Hoji has a constant snarky and sarcastic attitude, and the back and forth bickering between him and Lo Wang had me laughing my ass off all thru the game :)

Reasons why you need to buy this game

-Humor
-Combat...Shadow Warrior will toss hoards of monsters at you all in one big rush
-Fighting...Blood flows by the bucket in this game while you hack your opponents to bits
-Great story
-Bunnies humping ALL THE TIME

The Line isn’t about a war, protecting the world, or defeating some evil threat -- it’s about You, the effects of your actions, and events that are out of your control. Put it simply--the story is "Badass".
The only downfall of the game for me was the inconsistent combat which wasn’t ideal, but still fun to play:)

The Vanishing of Ethan Carter is one of the best looking games I've played in a while. I can’t count the number of times I stopped moving and just lingered on a view throughout the journey. Valleys, lakes, and autumnal forests are just one of the few things that make Ethan Carter one of those games where I want to screencap nearly every single moment. The realism of the landscape, the mood and atmosphere of this game is simply awesome and sends chills down your spine. The story keeps you on edge just enough to make you curious and wonder what the next mystery will bring.
