Brings me back to when Minecraft first came out in 2011 on Xbox 360. I was 11,I lived on saltine crackers and bottled water I had a small wee-wee, no friends, no girlfriend, depression, and absolutely no life. These things haven't changed, but the game is pretty good.

After about playing 300 hours of base game Rimworld I felt like something was missing...
There were couples who were together for rimyears, yet no children to put to work ...
There were mechanoids but no way to make them mow down my enemies...
Gene editing and vampires Sanguophages! Both things I didn't know I wanted in Rimworld
This DLC made all my demented rimdreams come true. (i could see this game having its own black mirror episode)

I was able to have have most of this with mods ofc but vanilla hits different.
