The core of the game itself is fantastic and is not like any other game ever made and is unlikely to be replicated anytime soon. Regardless of this winning formula that the developers of the game have captured, every update has done nothing but reduce the game to a grind fest. While yes, this is an MMO game and MMO games should have grind, but it leads to stupid amounts of steps and increased difficulty while making arbitrary changes to simply make players life more difficult. The developers have spoilt their golden goose through not listening to their community, not increasing moderation, making grinding pointless and many other things which they have left to the side for years. The game has become a increasingly worse game since the facility update and 1.0 release only exemplified through the naval update and the massive nerf of damaged comps. After playing 2500~ hours in this game I have to sadly leave it a negative review.
