This game is super cute and a lot of fun for my little bug loving heart.

The good:
- pixel art is super cute
- every bug has different mini games which makes unlocking new ones very fun
- new bugs also unlock furniture, hats and more gacha
- the music is very fun to listen to
- current bugs in the game are very diverse and I can tell a lot of love was put into the pixel art

Me nitpicking:
- I would love something to do while waiting for bugs to grow to the next stage, I had a few times in which the mini games were on cool down and I had nothing much to do aside from staring at my bug or pet them.
- maybe something to do when a bug has died. Right now you either pin them, put them in a jar or bury them but it doesn't feel like this has any effect? Aside from being able to view them in different ways.
- The bug facts are fun, but maybe add something like currency to it when you win them. Right now, winning the hardest difficulty mini game and getting a fact out of it instead of currency, furniture or a hat feels frustrating at times

I am aware a small team worked on this so I won't be too harsh. A lot of time and love went into this and I can tell, they also mentioned possibly adding more bugs in the future which I would love to see. They are also quick to respond to bugs (heh) within the game when reporting them in discord.

I can turn off my brain, gather coins, gacha and play as a werewolf?

This game is short and sweet. The music is very relaxing and it looks beautiful.

This game is amazing, I laughed so much while playing.

The designs in this game are stunning; the monsters look great, the weapon design is amazing (thank you for not giving us bone weapons with random monster pieces slapped on it), the sound design is beautiful!

The story is interesting, an interesting and a bit of a dark one. BUT I am sad about the length of the story in the game, I was done with the story in <12 hours and i did not skip any of the cut scenes. Now I know the main story hasn't always been the longest, there is more content after the credits and you can hunt for HOURS on end BUT the 2nd arc of the story felt rushed. Sometimes you would only have to do 1-2 quests before you would rank up and before I knew it; I was done. Adding the option to skip cut scenes is a nice change though, makes it way easier for those who want to have multiple characters!

Now I do recommend the game, maybe I am biased because Monster Hunter is my favourite franchise, I had a blast playing and I cannot wait to grind to HR999 BUT the amount of graphical glitches or bugs is influencing my opinion when people ask me if they should buy it (I currently tell them both good and bad, and give them a "wait until patches" answer). Ran into my first graphical glitch about 22 hours into the game in which a dead bug would freak out, and another in which my character kept flickering into the screen while looking at palico armor. Luckily, these glitches are not game breaking. Unlike some of the glitches my friends are running into. One of my friends ran into a glitch and now they are unable to access the smithy, another had every npc suddenly be bald and missing textures. I really hope these things will get fixed soon.

Big fish make me happy

This game is like laying in bed after a long day. The music and art are STUNNING, absolutely amazing. The story is also beautiful.

Will edit my review when I have finished the game; I haven't beaten the game yet but I already want to recommend it, I can't wait to play more!
