Broken trash game

Activision decides to kill a community mod for a 7 year old game ONE DAY before release and they even put this game on sale in anticipation for the mod, soon as the sale is over they send the mod authors a cease & desist, disgusting greed.

Best Total War game ever made

I just wish we could finally get a fix for desync in co-op, after 20+ turns one player will randomly desync, rendering the save totally broken. So if you're playing co-op, I'd recommend saving after every couple of turns, so if it breaks you can try going back a few turns

This game is just a massive disappointment, it worries me that THIS is what TES:VI was delayed for.

Please Todd let TES:VI be good

Now ~24 hours since launch and I have yet to play a single heist, the game is always online and the servers have been down since launch, you have to matchmake to play a single player heist with bots. If they can't get the game in a (literally) playable state today I will be refunding my purchase.

We need an offline mode or this game is DOA

Nice updates recently

I originally reviewed this game very negatively, as most people did on release, but by god they managed to make the game pretty good, mind you it could be better, for example the signature Battlefield destruction is severely lacking and imo most of the weapon attachments don't make any sense (foregrip and compensator on machine gun makes recoil worse but a laser makes it better) and I'm not a fan of the microtransactions and battle pass. But the gameplay is fun and feels oddly nostalgic.

At this point I feel comfortable changing my review from a negative one to a positive one

very buggy even to this day, and took me forever just to get running and then some more time just to set the resolution right. the writing and voice acting is not good. The "silent protagonist" trope works very poorly in this game because everyone constantly refers to you as "Artyom", sometimes even multiple times in a sentence and ask you questions, only for your character to stay completely silent. the dialogue is very poorly paced and often has NPC's talking over one another and turning away to do something else without first finishing talking to you. the gunplay also feels very clunky to me, it's more like you're dragging your gun rather than pointing it. then after playing it for almost 2 hours I quit only for my saves to instantly corrupt and it made me start over.

garbage game, don't buy

Absolutely amazing game, probably the most fun I've had with a game in a long time.
It is a bit short, yes, could do with community workshop maps.
Character outfits would be great too.
I'll give the game a 9/10 but if they add workshop maps it would be an easy 10/10
