Currently the game does not run properly on AMD GPUs, having your FPS ranging from 120+ to >30, back and forth, in the blink of an eye, just by moving the camera around, especially during the first action heavy segment of the game, feels unplayable. Graphical options having no effect on the performance at all.

Example #1 with metrics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GIrjZJnD2eA
Example #2 with FPS hitches: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-J05PdpDZQ

If you've got an AMD graphics cards, I suggest you wait for a fix. If you're running with Nvidia, go for it.

This game is a masterpiece and I loved every single second of the time I spent playing this game back when it released on PS4. Glad to have it on PC, but it's definitely not worth praise it's getting when it comes to the optimization/port of the game when viewed from AMD user's perspective.

Specs:
Radeon 6800 XT
R7 3700X
32Gb @3200Mhz

Driver version: 22.1.2 (Most recent)

This game is an utter technical nightmare riddled with bugs, physics and game logic tied to framerates.
Regardless of this game being "the benchmark game", you shouldn't be happy to be pushing more than 60FPS, and you should limit it to 60, unless you want the game to not work properly.

Combat and gunplay is janky and feels unfinished, made to feel as impactless as possible. Story at the beginning held my interest for a while, but when reaching the middle point it lost me. "Platforming" can be totally broken at times and it doesn't really pair up all that well with the hardest difficulty, having it send you back to the last rested bonfire when you die, rather than the last checkpoint. Hardest difficulty takes away the ability to highlight nearby POIs and climbable ledges as well as takes away the paint sploshes around ledges that are climbable, leaving you totally blind and making risky jumps just to end up spawning back at the last rested campfire. Having to replay all the way back to that same spot you died in just to figure out that it's bugged altogether so you're not able to continue. Not to mention, you're not able to tone down the difficulty from hardest one, and you're set on it.

I could not recommend enough to not pay any more than 5 dollery doos for this mess of a game, and if you do, for the love of god, don't pick the hardest difficulty available, you'll hate yourself for it.

I cannot stress this ENOUGH!

Do not buy this game at it's current state. Wait for the developers to fix the problems with stuttering during cutscenes AND gameplay along with the constant crashes. My game crashed within the first 15 seconds into the gameplay. This game is a real masterpiece, and deserves all the praise that it's gotten. Unfortunately, the PC port that we've gotten is not on par with the game itself.

Buy it later, please!

The game that keeps on giving.
I've played this game for the first time back when it first launched, and oh boy has this game come a long way.
The developers are constantly pushing free updates, adding more content into the game, keeping it alive and fresh.

Deep Rock Galactic offers you EASILY one of the best co-op experience today, and I promise you, you won't be disappointed.

After a mission or two of slamming dreadnoughts, detonators and smaller alien bugs alike, whilst collecting minerals. You'll then find yourself in the main hub with your friends. You go to the bar, order a beer that'll buff you up for the next mission, walk right next to the jukebox to set the mood and see which one of your friends dances the best. You gulp down your beer whilst dancing, decide to go to the bar again, and order some beers and down them all. You'll find yourself seeing in double or even triple. You start playing catch with an empty beer mug, or a barrel with your friend. Or even attempting to play the barrel hoop game, and failing horribly, then rage quitting and jumping into the hoop yourself, then finding yourself in the med-bay not 5 seconds later. You then get out the med-bay, go the upgrade station, use the minerals and credits you've earned from the previous missions you've completed, give your guns or equipment some nifty upgrade. Then going to the shop, customizing your dwarf with some new armor and a fluffy beard that smells purely of testosterone. You select the next mission, board the rocket, you complete the mission successfully. Rinse and repeat.

Do yourself a favor and grab a friend or two on this amazing journey. I bet that you and your friends will end up going "Just one more!" till you both realize it's 3 AM. We need more indie developers like Ghost Ship Games that pour their love and passion into their games.

From a flash game to a fully-fledged Steam release!

My Friend Pedro is definitely a game that I do not regret buying. Lately I've been feeling like indie games are better than the AAA games you see nowadays. MFP is about bullet time, guns, silliness, bananas, and most importantly killing off your opponents in a stylish fashion. This game is all about gameplay, and it shines, so don't go expecting a story written by the one and only George R. R. Martin, but the story is there. The soundtrack, oh boy the soundtrack... It fits the game incredibly well and can even get you all hyped as soon as you hear it at the start of the level... You know, the type of soundtrack that makes you feel like you're playing better because of it. The soundtrack to me sounds like it's Hotline Miami inspired, which is nothing but a compliment.

I can't help but recommend for you to grab this game if you love indie games, though the journey is short but sweet, it'll be definitely worth your money and time.

Lorelai is a game that I decided to give a go and expect nothing special, but this game actually hit me emotionally on so many levels, and the fact that I haven't had a game do that to me in long while, it made me really appreciate this game a lot.

This side-scroller with amazing art style kept me fully immersed and had my interest throughout the whole journey with it's horror and atmosphere along with it's dark and grim story. The voice acting also contributes well into this experience. Though, the game might be short, personally, I think it's well worth it's price.

Coming to this game completely blindly and only after finishing the game realizing it's a part of a trilogy, it made me really want to buy the rest of the games belonging into the trilogy.

Regardless of the fact that the game grasps a lot of depressing subjects, playing through it felt almost therapeutic at the end of it.

One of the best 2D platformers that you'll ever play. It pulls you right in and sinks it's hooks deep in you with it's atmospheric environments, characters, story, exploration and natural progression, along with amazing boss fights, and last and most definitely not least; The soundtrack.

What this game has to offer compared to it's price tag, it's a full on steal. You're doing yourself a big disservice if you choose to miss out on it. You might not be into the genre, and I thought the same, till the game proved me wrong and made it into one of my most loved genres.

This is how you make an indie game! Team Cherry is a perfect example for good indie developers that can make you think a game is AAA title, even though it's not. They've set a new standard for 2D Platformer metroidvanias that's going to be extremely difficult to break. Having all of the DLC for FREE is such a ridiculous choice by the devs, which makes you wish you could've paid more for what you got.

Jumped into this game and the whole series in general all blind, turned out to become a big time fan.

This game offers you a lot of entertainment and fun for about 80 hours if you decide to play all the side missions, along with the main missions. Anyone who likes stealth games is going to fall in love with this masterpiece.

Gameplay is innovative, and polished to perfection, you can get pretty damn creative with all of the kills and takedowns, you can have an enemy killed by having an utility pole dropped down on top of them or knock out an enemy flat with throwing them in the face with an empty magazine you're supposed to use as a way of disctracting them. Craft new diversity inspiring weapons, equipment and uniforms with schematics and resources you're being awarded for completing missions and finding them through exploring in 2 vast open world areas, recruit new powerful staff and send them onto off-screen expeditions and bring you back more resources to craft new stuff with. There's no "wrong" way of playing the game, the game doesn't really punish you for going in gun blazing and killing everyone despite the series being all about stealth and non-lethal action most of the time. The game does have an ingenious karma system and does affect you a bit, in a very subtle way. So keep that in mind before you shoot someone in the face.

Story is a very deep and lenghty and the characters within it likable and you'll start to feel attached if you decide to allow yourself to be immersed in it and take your time in listening to all of the casette tapes and get on board with what's going on, if it's your first Metal Gear game.

Don't miss out on this masterpiece, for the current price, this game is nothing but a steal.

As a true fan of this series, I've got to say that this first installment to the series is the best one in it. I had originally played this masterpiece on Xbox 360 and hoping that it would get ported to PC and here it is.

The port is extremely well executed, it offers surprisingly smooth keyboard and mouse experience and of course controller support along with customizable keyboard binds and graphics options. The game ran solid 60 FPS throughout my whole playthrough without crashing.

The good old stuff that this port brings along with it are some of the clunky mechanics, occasional bad AI, constant race against time, character progression, amazing soundtrack, FANTASTIC bosses(psychopaths) and interesting story with multiple endings. After completing the main playthrough you can work on your 2nd playthrough to level up Frank to the max level or to hop on to infinity mode, which is tons of fun and adding a lot of play value.

If you have ever played this game on the Xbox 360 and you enjoyed it, this is a fantastic nostalgia ride for only 19,99 €, totally worth it!
