You can't convert rocksmith 2012 songs to 2014, you need to change the ID of several things in your rocksmith folder and download the newer songs from another source

Hi I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work, it's greatly appreciated. I read your statement on your profile about not being the tech guy, but I did try Google for the answer (maybe I'm not phrasing it right) and was wondering if you can point me in the right direction. I have legit copies of 2012 and 214 Rocksmith for PCand the Disc Import tool, all installed on steam correctly. Here is the question I have older 2012 Customs and want to bring/convert them into my 2014 version. Can you get me started, not asking you to walk me through it. Thanks Again
