Not a bad little time waster for the price. Sure, it's no 'This War of Mine', but then this one is designed specifically to be an escape from the harshness of reality.
(At least for now, until digging out our own basements and stocking them with canned food to avoid government surveillance becomes everyone's reality... 😉)

A thought provoking and emotional title which, unlike quite a few games in my collection, I actually welcome and genuinely look forward to the addition of new content/achievements every year or so - forcing me to replay so that I can get back my 100%, and reminding me just how great this game still is in the process...

Best value for money Half-Life 2 Expansion released so far! Short, sweet, and no buyers remorse... Bring on Half-Life 3!

What can I say... It's Civ - of course it's good!

Initially though I did find it a little more frustrating than Civ IV in that EVERY SINGLE AI opponent wants to go to war with you - even Ghandi!, but they can be relatively easily kept at bay on all but the highest difficulty levels if you are leading the tech race and have a full kitty (and if you don't have either of those - you're not doing it right ;P).

Overall, an interesting and fairly replayable addition to an already great series.
