I've got a love-hate relationship with HOI4. Generally pretty alright. It's got quite a dedicated modding community.

Finished the game multiple times, still love it as much as I did. Really fun, especially when you're watching a Youtuber or a person with no experience play it. I loved TheBatesee's old playthrough. 10/10.

This is probably my eightieth game. Just playing my daily game of OHOL.
I am born in a small town, not a lot of stuff or people. My mother is sweet and caring and gives me her red bowler hat and red sweater, along with two undyed wool booties, a backpack and a loincloth. I grow up, and get an awesome idea: Let's be a prophet!
I get lots of adobe, a bunch of stakes, and get to work. I make a cross-like shape, and the fun begins.
I get my first son and my first daughter, nothing special. Someone gives each of them a red hat and standard apparel. I give birth to a "blind" (a.k.a inactive) daughter, and my mother starts feeding her every now and then. A guy asks if we want any of our apparel colored. I take the opportunity and color my shoes. I've got everything colored red except the backpack and loincloth.
My daughter asks me if I married god. Explain I am but a simple prophet, then the importance of happiness and God's point of view. She's astonished.
My daughters grow up, mother dies, etc. Lots of grandbabies. Nice.
Perform "ritual" near God's structure with all of them. Daughter asks me to name them (Her name is Treasure, my son's name is Gift).
Heck to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ yeah. Start naming them names like Fortune, Faith, Belief. Names sound like they're from a church choir.
I get old, start making a piece of paper for God's structure. Meanwhile, my blind daughter dies. Fortune buries her.
I make a piece of paper, get a charcoal pencil and write down that the structure is our hope. Leave the note right next to it.
My last moments arrive, I explain to my daughter how much hope she's given me. I pronounce her prophet, give her my apparel. I tell her to bury me near the structure and mark my grave, and to put my hat onto it. She promises she'd do so. My last words are "I want you to put my hat onto my grave". The last words of hers that I see are "Goodbye. Ily". I pass away.
I atually love how wholesome this game's community is. I'm glad I got this game for Christmas. God praise you all.

I got this game since very early on, when it was in very early access, and I cannot express how amazed I was after all the changes the game had until the last version! If someone told me that the game would get translated to my native language, Bulgarian, I wouldn't have believed them at all! The game is fun, interesting, and pretty frightening at times! The Dreaming Current's story really hit the disturb spot for me. People are complaining quite a lot about the English translation, but I don't have that many problems with it. (Except for Porccubus, he was total hell.) I don't have any complaints about the Bulgarian translation except for a few grammar issues here and there, but they're really rare. (Ty Dimitar Topkov!!) I'm so grateful for all the time and updates that have passed, and all the stuff Project Moon went through. Many friends of mine and interested in it, and I wouldn't want it any other way!
